All custom items are FINAL SALE and non refundable, exchangeable unless there is an error on our part.

Baby Bodysuits are FINAL SALE and non refundable for the safety of our littlest customers. If you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect be sure to get in touch with us immediately to rectify the situation. 

All Tumblers, Cups, and Water Bottles are returnable as long as they are unused and in resealable condition. We will have you return the item for inspection and issue the return ONLY if the item has been unused, is undamaged, and has all the pieces. 

DTF Transfers are FINAL SALE. If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately to rectify the issue.
